Evelyn Waite

My name is Evelyn Waite, but I go by Evie. I am from the beautiful island of Jamaica and grew up in New York City. I am a foodie and I have the best job in the world, being a mom to a diva princess. I have over 15 plus years of government service and served in the Air Force Reserves for 6 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Management & Policy. Since childhood, I have always had a passion for serving and giving back, especially to the community and helping people. Honored, humbled, and grateful to be a part of a community and culture such as Veterans Growing America.

ELW Initiative was founded in June 2022 because I wanted to create a space that focused on personal growth and self-development, grounded in my faith, leading with love, and my passion for serving and helping others. The Empower (E), Love (L), Win (W) Initiative is my way of helping people take the initiative to take control over their life. To be empowered to become the best version of themself through mindset transformation. Focusing on self-love, love of family, and love of community, through health and wellness and self-education.

ELW Initiative offers products such as custom journals that serve as personal development guides, t-shirts, and accessories for motivation and inspiration in addition to empowerment and mindset coaching. As a founding member and independent distributor for the health and wealth company NVisionU, we provide products such as all-natural sublingual vitamin sprays and superfood drinks to aid individuals on their health and wellness journey. And services where individuals can get access to a digital education platform where people can learn a skillset that puts them in the position to win in life and in business; with self-paced courses ranging from technology, real estate, transportation, marketing, and financial literacy, to trading.  The power of an opportunity and how the right information can change a situation.
