Clarice Williams

Veteran Spouse, Clarice Williams is a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI), Accountant/Registered Tax Preparer with the IRS and Notary Public.

Her passion is to educate individuals on the importance of not only establishing tax compliance and audit readiness for entrepreneurs but to helping others create a financial legacy for generations to come.

She holds a B.S.B.A. in Managerial Accounting from Trident University. She is also a member of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc.

She is the owner of W.E.B.S. Tax Preparation & Bookkeeping Services, LLC specializes in Tax Compliance, Business Consulting & Financial Education. The company is based in Virginia, but services clients in all 50 states.

Clarice couples over 12 years of experience working at the Internal Revenue Service and with the Office of Inspector General of Audits with her public speaking skills to empower the next generation of innovative thinkers and moguls.

She also owns a Non-Profit Organization called, WEBS Training Center, where the mission is to provide free or reduced accounting services to individuals and struggling small businesses.

The center will also provide training for students and offer job opportunities to capitalize on the work from home and flexible work megatrends while providing opportunities for the millions of unemployed.
