Military Background: I’m a proud veteran who has served on active duty and now a member of the Virginia Army National Guard. Bringing the discipline and strategic mindset from my military career into my coaching practice. Government Service: Following my military career, I served as a Branch Chief and Deputy Division Chief in federal government service. In these roles, I led diverse teams in tackling complex problems, driving strategic initiatives, and improving organizational efficiency. My responsibilities included overseeing large-scale projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of critical operations. This experience further refined my leadership abilities and deepened my understanding of organizational dynamics.
